The Grade 1 Cocoa Specifications:
- SIngle orgin cocoa beans from Idukki district in Kerala.
- Benas are minimum sorted to remove the flat and brocken beans.
- Beans count 90 to 100 per 100 gm beans.
- All beans having same fermentation and moisture level. We do the ferementation and sun drying in our own facility. No added color or additives.
- We sell the beans grown in our own farm, in Idukki district in Kerala has higher butter content and aroma.
